Membership Grade Options:
- Full Member - Any applicant that has 12+ ASHRAE Related Years can be advanced to this grade, including educational and work experience. A PE License satisfies this requirement completely. An ASHRAE related undergraduate degree satisfies 5 years.
- Associate Member - Any applicant working in built environment industries.

Affiliate - This is a 3-year introductory membership for any applicant that is 30 years of age & younger and new to the built environment industry.

- Go to ASHRAE.org
- Click "Membership" on the horizontal menu bar.
- On the pull down menu, click "Join".
- Enter your email address in the box "Verify your E-mail status".
- A prospective member will then be directed to enter his or her email information. As a new member, your address will not be recognized, and you will be invited to “Register Now”.
- After you complete registration, you will be directed to the Individual Information page where you can finally select “Join ASHRAE”!
