ASHRAE Jax SPONSORSHIP
ASHRAE Jax's mission is to add value to our industry's community in the geographical area which we cover. 100% of the proceeds throughout the year are either donated to the ASHRAE Research Promotion Campaign, or retained to grow our potential for larger events in future years.
Our revenue streams are primarily from networking events, member's chapter dues, and sponsorships. Our expenses are from networking events, board meetings, sponsoring chapter members for leadership and training events, and normal operating expenses.
Historically, we donate all proceeds for the year to the ASHRAE Research Promotion Campaign.
ASHRAE Jax will be hosting the Chapter's Regional Conference (CRC) in August 2026 and we need to grow our coffers as we will be required to pre-pay deposits to vendors for CRC.
Corporate Sponsorship packages offer added value to businesses that consistently join our annual events. Donor Recognition, Advertising, and RP Donations are some of the donor benefits in addition to the event registrations included in the sponsorship packages.
Chapter Dues is each member's annual $50 contribution to the chapter, paid either at their membership renewal or directly to the chapter.
ASHRAE RP donations by a member, a business, or the chapter support the ASHRAE Research Promotion Campaign and may give acknowledgement to a variety of entities. The Chapter gets credit for the contributions made within its purview.
